Upon payment, customers are granted a one-year license.
Access to systems are removed once license expires or 7 days after payment default, to allow for a grace period.

EduFlourish aims for 99.9% uptime for hosted systems.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials.
