2. Fees and Payment

• All fees are outlines in our pricing page.
• Upon payment, customers are granted a one-year license.
• Access to systems are removed once license expires or 7 days after payment default, to allow for a grace period.

3. Service Availability

• EduFlourish aims for 99.9% uptime for hosted systems.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

4. Support Services

• Support is available via email and online meetings where necessary.

5. Data Security and Privacy

• We implement industry-standard security protocols.
• Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials.
• EduFlourish will not access or share client data without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• EduFlourish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our provision of educational materials does not make any guarantees.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or illegal activity.
